Monika Luckett came to Santa Barbara in 2003 as an undergraduate at University of California, Santa Barbara where she majored in Religious Studies. She then completed training and hours with the Santa Barbara Body Therapy Institute for Swedish massage. Later, she worked in the medical device industry for over 5 years becoming a process expert and writing and training regulatory compliance procedures. She picked up a part time position with a local start up, 123Compliance, testing and implementing regulatory compliance software, later taking on a full time roll project managing client implementations and training. After many years of tossing the idea around with Aaron, Monika joined Good Energy Solar to spearhead marketing and assist with operations. Monika and Aaron spend weekends working on house and garden projects at their home on the Mesa. Monika loves yoga and dancing and, above all, the beach. Just like solar panels, Monika is solar powered.
